High silica chopped strand fiber is made of high silica fiber,it contains over 96% SiO₂,the filament diameter is from 6um to9urm, it is a perfect replacement of ceramic for thermal insulation because of its excellent performance.Hiah silica chopped strand can be used as thermal insulation material directly or to make high silica needls felt abdhigh silica paper, it can also be mixed with phenolic resin to make ablation resistant material.
